By using the shopping service of print2postmate.com (a brand of HK Enterprises), you (The Customer) are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. HK Enterprises reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms at any time. Customers are advised to read them carefully each time they use the service.

1. General
print2postmate.com is a brand owned and operated by HK Enterprises, specializing in customized corporate and promotional gifts.

By placing an order, the customer authorizes HK Enterprises to process the order and arrange delivery.

HK Enterprises acts solely as a service provider and not as a buyer or seller of third-party products. All transactions take place between the customer and the vendor/merchant.

2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices on the website are inclusive of GST. Applicable GST (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28%) is added during checkout based on product category.

HK Enterprises is fully GST compliant.

3. Delivery
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed in next 24-48 hours.

HK Enterprises (print2postmate.com)is not liable for delays or failed delivery due to:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Public holidays, curfews, natural disasters, or government restrictions

Rejection by the recipient

Courier company policies

Rejected or undelivered orders returned to us may still be chargeable.

Delivery may take 4-10 days according to your location and availability.
4. No Return Policy
As all products are customized with your logo or company name, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled after placement. However, change requests can be made within 2 working hours. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot guarantee changes.

5. Product Availability & Substitution
Products will be delivered as shown on the website, from listed sources.

In case of unavailability, customers will be informed to modify or wait for the order.

If a perishable item is at risk of spoiling, print2postmate.com reserves the right to substitute it with a similar non-perishable item.

6. Liability & Responsibility
 

We are not liable for:

Any mismatch in product quality expectations

Damage or misappropriation by the receiver

Issues resulting from mistaken identity during delivery

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

7. Brand Affiliation Disclaimer:

Print 2 Post Mate has no affiliation with any brand, either within India or internationally. All products listed and sold on our platform — including t-shirts, badges, pens, and other merchandise — are either procured or custom-made through independent vendors.

For example, our polo t-shirts refer purely to the style of the garment (i.e., collar t-shirts) and have no connection with any branded product. Tags, fabrics, and packaging materials are sourced independently and are not associated with any brand whatsoever.

7. Intellectual Property
print2postmate.com does not claim ownership over any trademarks or brand names featured on the site. They belong to their respective owners.

8. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

10. Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Product
In case you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, a complete and uncut video of parcel opening from start to end is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement.

The video must clearly show the parcel being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits.

The outer packaging, shipping label, and the damaged or wrong item must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims without this video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

This policy helps us ensure fairness, transparency, and prevent misuse.
